This puzzle is not a meta puzzle, so you don't need the solution to each of the puzzles listed.
The puzzle contains a list of other puzzles. Most are from this puzzle hunt, while puzzles from the Puzzle Hustle, Galactic Puzzle Hunt, and others make an appearance.
The titles are also clickable...well...each letter is clickable. The first letter takes you to the puzzle named, while the other letters take you to a manual page. Another thing to note is the links change color when clicked, specifically they change to either black, beige, red, or blue.
These colors are from Codenames, and each puzzle mentioned can fit into one of the categories used in the module.
Similarly, there are modules that also fit into the categories.
With this info, we can extract some letters. The first step is to find the puzzles’ category, then extract the letters which link to a module within that category.

Now we need to order these somehow. One thing we haven't used yet is the colors, which are also from Codenames. They are used in the grids at the end of the manual. In this puzzle, we will use the "Puzzles" category's grid, which is hinted by the title and flavor text. Doing that gives us this:
S | O | L | U | T |
I | O | N | I | S |
P | A | S | S | B |
O | O | K | M | I |
C | R | O | N | S |
